This data is protected by law. For this reason, REV Mobilities, in its capacity as data controller, has taken appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

Only in the event of an express, reasoned request on their part, or in the event of a proven breach of legal or regulatory provisions.

Only for the management of possible disputes and other legal matters, where applicable.

Other third parties

Following or during the restructuring, reconstitution, acquisition, debt financing, merger, sale of REV Mobilities assets or a similar transaction, as well as in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal data is transferred to one or more third parties as REV Mobilities assets.



Insofar as possible, your data shall be processed within the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA). However, given that some of the REV Mobilities service providers are located in countries outside the EEA, your personal data may be processed in these countries. 

In the event that the recipient country does not ensure a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of the European Union, REV Mobilities shall, in the absence of a decision to comply accordingly, and after an assessment of the level of protection of your rights on the territory of the third-party country where the recipient of your personal data is established, take all necessary measures to protect your personal data on the basis of appropriate guarantees (particularly by way of standard contractual clauses). REV Mobilities has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, particularly against possible breaches that could lead, accidentally or unlawfully, to the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal data. These measures ensure an appropriate level of data security and take into account the state of knowledge, the costs of implementation in relation to the risks and the nature of the data to be protected. 

REV Mobilities also guarantees that its staff members and any other person required to process your personal data comply with internal rules and procedures relating to the processing of personal data, particularly with the technical and organizational security measures established to protect your personal data. In this respect, REV Mobilities practices are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure confidentiality of personal data and compliance with internal policies.

As a general rule, your personal data shall only be kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. 


With some exceptions: 

·     data for a contact request shall be kept until the request has been fully processed;

·     data collected for a contract shall be kept for the duration of the contract

·     connection and browsing data shall be kept for 13 months


Beyond these periods, your data is kept for: 

·       two years from delivery of the product for data retained for the fulfillment of legal warranties;

·       five years for data retained for evidential purposes

·       Ten years from the close of the financial year for data kept for accounting purposes, and for commercial documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, commercial correspondence, etc.). 



Pursuant to the regulations on personal data protection, you shall have the following rights over your personal data:


  • A right of access to your personal data enabling you to obtain clear, transparent and comprehensible information on how REV Mobilities uses your personal data and on your rights (as provided in this policy), as well as a copy of your personal data


  • A right of rectification of your personal data, enabling you to obtain the modification of your personal data if it is obsolete, inaccurate or incomplete


  • A right of objection to the processing of your personal data when it is based on the legitimate interests of REV Mobilities. Accordingly, REV Mobilities shall cease processing your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so which override your interests, rights and freedoms, such as complying with a legal obligation (such as those requiring the retention of certain documents containing personal data) or establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.

  • A right of erasure of your personal data (or right to be forgotten) where  one of the following reasons applies: 

Ø You object to the processing of your personal data and there is no compelling legitimate reason to continue such processing (such as an obligation for REV Mobilities to retain certain documents containing personal data); 

Ø You object to any commercial prospecting activities;

Ø You decide to withdraw your consent on which the processing is based;

Ø Where your personal data is no longer required for the original purposes for which it was collected, or for another type of processing;

Ø The use made of your data does not comply with the applicable legal or regulatory provisions.
