Didier Pfleger will be responsible for developing REV's expertise and its range of retrofit solutions for decarbonising transport in Europe, as well as creating partnerships and M&As in key countries for the company's development.
Before becoming Associate Director of REV Mobilities, Europe's leading electric and hydrogen retrofit group, Didier Pfleger was CEO of the Škoda Group and Managing Director of Alstom Aptis, Alstom's bus manufacturing division.
He began his career in Alstom's energy division. He worked as Managing Director of GEA's power generation division in Germany and as Senior Vice President of ABB Robotics Systems. Before returning to Alstom in 2010, he was a member of the executive committee of AMEC, a London-based FTSE 100 company specializing in engineering and project management.
At rolling stock manufacturer Alstom, he has held a number of senior positions, including member of the Alstom Group Executive Board, President of Alstom Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, President of Alstom Germany and Austria, and President of Alstom Global Solution Division.
Didier is a graduate of the École polytechnique in Paris and the École supérieure de l'aéronautique in Toulouse, and holds two masters degrees. He is married with three children and four grandchildren. Didier enjoys golf, cycling, painting, oenology and wine-tasting.
